« We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for the wonderful services you have provided us during out time living at75 Lapointe Blvd. We are extremely impressed with the amount of time, effort and dedication put towards keeping the grounds maintained. We assume that it is not very often you hear how much you are appreciated, so we wanted to take the time to say thank you. It does not go unnoticed that your staff are out there after every winter storm to plow the snow, and to shovel the walkways and steps.
We also noticed, particularly tonight, that your staff were out there immediately taking care of the icy conditions outside after the freezing rain pouring salt everywhere to be sure of everyone’s safety.
Although the building itself is not completely sound proof, the design of the building and the grounds staff (as well as the management staff) have been more than accommodating, understanding, patience and very much on top of any issues we have had. This is a rare thing to come across, and it is very much appreciated.
